• Sponsored a United Way critical race theory "Racial Equity 21-Day Challenge" claiming that America is systemically and institutionally racist, encouraging participants to "decolonize [their] mind[s]" and to get "woke at work," and urging white people to "cede power to people of color." (source)

• Canceled the bank account for “Americans for Legal Immigration PAC”, due to the PAC’s political ideology (source)

• Shut down bank accounts for the conservative social network, Gab, stating, “We have made this decision because some or all of your account activity is not consistent with the intended purpose of the account.“ (source)

• Pledged to donate $40 million to non-white businesses during the BLM riots (source)

• Sent out an email to employees, requiring employees to share their vaccination status in a “tracking tool”. See a screenshot of the email below.
